SMS Terms and Conditions

Alexander Property Investments LLC text messaging program Effective date: October 22, 2026.

1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Alexander Property Investments LLC at the mobile number you provide. Our messages may include follow-ups on your property inquiry, offer and closing status updates, appointment and call reminders, deal alerts for buyers on our buyers list, customer support replies, and/or promotional offers.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box on our contact forms. The box is unchecked by default, and ticking it is never a condition of purchasing or utilizing any product or service, selling us a property, or joining our buyers list. 5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also use the words END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
