We buy land and other property directly from owners and, in many cases, contract to purchase a property and assign that contract to another buyer (often called wholesaling). 4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Privacy
Program description. If you opt in, Alexander Property Investments LLC will send text to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include follow-ups on your property inquiry, offer and closing status updates, appointment reminders, deal alerts for buyers on our buyers list, customer support replies, and/or promotional offers.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by checking an unchecked consent box at the bottom of our contact forms at alexanderpropertyinvestments.com; or giving written consent on a signed form. We do not send marketing text messages to numbers obtained from purchased lists, skip-tracing results, or public records without your prior express written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of selling us a property, buying a property, or joining our buyers list.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and interactions with us.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt-out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also contact us at info@alexanderpropertyinvestments.com to opt out.

Supported carriers. Our program is supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information shared with service providers, such as our messaging platform provider, is used solely to deliver our messages and support our program, and those providers are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these limited cases:
Service providers who help us operate our business (for example, payment processing, hosting, messaging delivery, analytics, and customer support tools), and who are bound to protect it and use it only for our purposes
Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our business, or others
Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information would remain subject to this policy or an equivalent one
In a real estate transaction, we may also share limited property and deal information with:
Title companies, escrow agents, closing attorneys, and surveyors who help complete a sale
Prospective buyers, who may receive a summary of the property (location, parcel number, size, terms, etc.). We do not give a seller's name, phone number, or email to prospective buyers except as needed to close the transaction.
Data and marketing providers that supply property records, skip-tracing, direct mail, and CRM tools
As stated in Section 4, we never share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our site, and improve performance. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.

13. Real Estate Wholesaling Disclosures
Our role. Unless we state otherwise in writing, we are not a licensed real estate broker or agent, we do not represent sellers or buyers, and we act on our own behalf as a principal. Edit this if you or your team hold a real estate license.
Contract assignment. We may buy a property ourselves or contract to purchase it and assign our rights under the contract to another buyer. [We will tell sellers in writing when we may assign the contract.]
How we find owners. We identify property owners through public records and licensed data providers. If we contact you, you may ask where we got your information and ask us to stop contacting you.
Do-not-contact requests. We keep an internal do-not-contact list and honor requests made by phone, text, mail, or email. We also honor the National Do Not Call Registry for calls and texts where it applies. We send marketing text messages only with prior express written consent.
Buyers list. Information from buyers and investors is used to send deal alerts and complete transactions. We do not share buyers' contact information with sellers or other buyers, except as needed to close a transaction.
Not advice. Nothing we say or send is legal, tax, or financial advice. We encourage sellers and buyers to consult their own attorney or advisor.
State laws. Some states regulate wholesaling and require specific licenses or written disclosures. We follow the laws of the states where we do business.
